Supply Chain & Integration
Dell, HPE, Cisco or Arista hardware: ordered, checked genuine, integrated before it ships.
Request a quoteRacks due on a date. We order, stage and ship to it.
One desk for Dell, HPE, Cisco, Arista, Supermicro and the other brands we carry. We design and integrate the racks, burn them in before they ship, deploy them and support them. If one maker's date slips, we can offer another.

The order desk.
One desk takes every order and confirms the supplier can ship before a date is promised.²

One desk takes every order and confirms the supplier can ship before a date is promised.²

- No email promises. An emailed promise does not commit a date.

- Line by line. Each acknowledgment is matched to the order line for part, quantity and price.
- Variances signed. A variance becomes a change order, signed by you before the line is accepted.
- Changes passed on. A supplier’s change to an acknowledged ship date reaches you within one business day.²
When we give a date, it is real.²
On arrival.
Every unit is checked as genuine before it enters staging.⁴

Checked by identity.
Cisco devices are checked by their Secure Unique Device Identifier.
Failures quarantined.
By design, a failed unit is quarantined, photographed and reported within one business day.
Short lines held.
A short or mismatched line is held, not staged.⁴
Custody recorded.
Every transfer of custody is recorded with the time and the person accountable.⁶
Built and tested before it ships.

Before it ships.
Each rack is built to a versioned sheet, burned in under load, labeled and signed off.⁷

- Signed checklist. No rack ships without one.⁷

- Authenticity. An altered unit must be caught and quarantined.⁹

- Kept full. The maker's replacement refills the pool, not the site.¹¹

One RMA queue, whatever the badge on the box.
Four hours to dispatch.
In our design, every failure ticket enters one queue and the pool spare is on its way within 4 business hours; the level is set on your order.¹²
Media wiped, with proof.
Returned or retired drives are sanitized to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, with a certificate per device, before they leave your control.¹³
Every serial on record.
The handover record carries part number, site, lifecycle dates, warranty, support level and license term for each unit.¹⁴
