Server CPU and board lead times near one year.¹
TrendForce, April 15, 2026. We design the sourcing plan, supply each line, then integrate, deploy and support it. Every bill-of-materials line gets a criticality class.⁶ Critical lines carry at least 4 weeks of float. Under 2 weeks escalates; under zero switches the source or re-plans the build. A changed date is designed to reach you within one business day.
What if a supplier can't deliver?
We carry them all, so when a date slips we can offer another. Every critical line has at least two sources. One allocation notice could stop the build, so single sourcing was rejected. A continuity exercise runs at least every 12 months. Hardware is bought only from the maker or its authorized distributor, and every serialized unit has a provenance record at receipt. A unit that fails a check is quarantined and never staged. Read the blueprint

What we test.
24 tests, each with a written pass mark.⁴ Supply cuts, price rises, provenance and engineers are all checked. A supplier's allocation is cut: pass is a second source ordered and a new date within float. A price rises past the gate: pass is the order held until you approve. A unit fails its provenance check: pass is quarantine, never staging, and a return raised. An engineer is unavailable: pass is a certified backup assigned the same day.

Talk to an expertTrendForce reported on April 15, 2026 that server CPU and circuit-board lead times run close to one year. The design targets at least 4 weeks of float on every critical line. See Strategic Resourcing in 2026: what changed.
In our design, any unit-price rise between quote and order above the threshold you set, 5% by default, comes back to you for approval.
CISA gave federal civilian agencies 12 to 18 months, on February 5, 2026, to remove unsupported edge devices.⁷ We write each device's end-of-support date on the quote, none inside five years of delivery.
Up to 600 lines from up to 10 manufacturers through up to 4 distributors, over 12 months.
